| I just picked up the HD 70 from my local BB. They had it for $950 and a 12% off coupon that brought it down to $836. THis is less than I paid for my Infocus X1 3 years ago. I set it up last night and WOW. HD Sports are unbelievable. I have it hooked up through the component cable. I can't imagine for the $250 more it would cost me for a 25' HDMI cable the picture would be that much better. I was also able to leave a lot of lights on and not get a washed out picture. With the iInfocus I used to have to turn out most of the lights to get a really clear picture. For the money I don't see how you can beat this projector. I'm sure if you spent more money you could get a better picture but I don't think the common viewer would really be able to tell the difference. |
