Projector review updates

This fall Epson has been getting loads of attention with their Pro Cinema 6030UB and Home Cinema 5030UB, but the Pro Cinema 4030 is worth a look as well...

The Pro Cinema 4030 is priced at $2500 and is the lowest priced home theater product widely sold by specialty home theater designers and installers. If you're among the many that don't want to tackle your own system design and integration problems, but would rather have an expert do it all, the Pro Cinema 4030 may be the right choice for you. Read Bill's Epson Pro Cinema 4030 Review just posted this afternoon.

Since Optoma has discontinued the HD25, Bill is currently evaluating the HD25E for inclusion in our Best Video Projectors under $1000 shootout. Once finished, he will update the article with his conclusions.

The Sony VPL-VW600ES is in house, and we're having a lot of fun with it. This is the 4K resolution product for $15,000 that had the entire CEDIA show buzzing in September. To no surprise it is a beautiful projector when seen up close. We are particularly curious to know how big the screen image has to be before 4K becomes a major contributing factor in picture quality over 1080p, so the review will be evaluating it in part from that perspective.

The "Best Video Projectors under $1000" article was published Oct 15. The Optoma HD25e has been shipping since July. When will you update the article to include the HD25e?

Looking forward to the Sony review, though I'll be holding off on 4K until the pricing comes down and we get some available content. Any plans to review the new Sony 55ES, and/or do a comparison between it and the well reviewed 5030UB?
