The 3M MP7640 Projector is a SVGA Portable Projector. This lamp based projector is capable of displaying 800 Lumens at its brightest setting with a native resolution of 800x600 . The internal 3LCD technology is an innovative 3-chip design that sets itself apart by delivering vibrant, true-to-life images with better color brightness and a wider color gamut. This projector was first available for purchase in August 2000 and has been by 3M. The 3M MP7640 projector was manufactured by Hitachi as the CP-S220W. This projector was also marketed as the ViewSonic LiteBird PJ853, Liesegang dv 235, Polaroid Polaview SVGA 270, Dukane ImagePro 8045, and the Elmo EDP S-10.
