The A+K AstroBeam S135 Projector is a SVGA Home Theater Projector. This lamp based projector is capable of displaying 1,500 Lumens at its brightest setting with a native resolution of 800x600 . The internal DLP technology touts higher contrast, less visible pixels and more portability. This projector was first available for purchase in September 2004 and has been by A+K. The A+K AstroBeam S135 projector was manufactured by InFocus as the X2. This projector was also marketed as the Proxima C110, and the Dukane ImagePro 7300.

ANSI LUMENS  is the most commonly accepted industry standard brightness measurement. The ANSI lumen rating measures the brightest white that a projector can produce by averaging nine light meter measurements taken across the projected image.
