From ASUS — The ASUS ZenBeam E1R mini projector redefines portable entertainment. It features a USB Type-A port connection for both Android and iOS devices and also automatic portrait projection mode that lets users change the projector's orientation while in use so they can easily enjoy social media content and live streams on a bigger screen. And there's no need to tinker with settings, because the black sidebars are automatically removed as the projected image smoothly transitions from horizontal to vertical orientation.

  • Automatic portrait projection mode makes it ideal for viewing social media content
  • Enables up to 100 inch projections at 2.7m and includes auto vertical keystone correction and tripod socket for convenience
  • Light source of 200 LED lumens with native WVGA (854 x 480) resolution and also supports FHD content

ANSI LUMENS  is the most commonly accepted industry standard brightness measurement. The ANSI lumen rating measures the brightest white that a projector can produce by averaging nine light meter measurements taken across the projected image.

LED LUMENS  is a non-standardized specification cited for some projectors that use an LED light source. It attempts to account for the scientific evidence that LED-driven lumens are perceived as brighter than those from a traditional projection lamp. The number is often meant to imply the brightness of an ANSI Lumen measurement that might be perceived with an equivalently bright lamp-based projector. A true ANSI Lumen measurement will always be lower, sometimes by a factor of two or more.

BUYER BEWARE   Either this projector's brightness specification does not cite an industry-accepted unit of measurement, or according to our calculations it seems unlikely that this projector is capable of producing the manufacturer's cited brightness specification.
