I've owned this for about a year. It was professionally mounted and setup with basic calibration. Fed directly from a Panasonic 4k player with an active HDMI cable. Image size 120" 16:9. First major benefits are the remote motorised lens shift, zoom, focus which makes adjustments a breeze. I use lens shift every time to place the image at the bottom of my screen frame to maximise contrast and align it better with my eyes. Second major benefit is the HDR functionality that actually works properly with streaming services. Picture quality is fantastic and comparable to my LG Oled TV (pitch black room, optimised settings). It does take some playing around to get best quality however and I often adjust one or two settings at the beginning of each movie as the quality, brightness, contrast etc vary. Only main drawbacks are the lack of Dolby Vision support, a bit of fan noise during quiet moments when I've set the lamp to High, and lack of automatic adaptation to content. Spending more on a projector does not gain that much improvement from what I've seen (eg. JVC)
