The internal 3LCD technology is an innovative 3-chip design that sets itself apart by delivering vibrant, true-to-life images with better color brightness and a wider color gamut. Weighing in at 3.9 lbs, this portable projector is bright and compact, perfect for business travelers, taking on a family vacation or just moving from room to room. This projector was first available for purchase in November 2006 and has been by Hitachi. The Hitachi CP-X253 was also marketed as the 3M X20, Dukane ImagePro 8770, and the ViewSonic PJ358.
