The Hitachi Home-1 Projector is a WVGA Home Theater Projector. This lamp based projector is capable of displaying 700 Lumens at its brightest setting with a native resolution of 854x480 . The internal 3LCD technology is an innovative 3-chip design that sets itself apart by delivering vibrant, true-to-life images with better color brightness and a wider color gamut. The zoom lens on the Hitachi Home-1 has an impressive zoom ratio of 2x combined with the ability to shift the lens which allows for flexibility in positioning. This projector was first available for purchase in October 2003 and has been by Hitachi.
