LG BU53PST NPA front right

The new ProBeam BU53PST from LG is designed as a solution for close installations that need high brightness. The 4K (3840x2160) laser phosphor light source projector has a 0.47-inch DLP chip and is rated for 5,000 ANSI lumens of output with a 3,000,000:1 contrast ratio—enough lumens for use in conference rooms or golf simulators where space is at a premium, and ambient light is all but guaranteed. The light source is estimated at 20,000 hours of life until it reaches 50% brightness. It also supports HDR10 signals.

The projectors 0.94-1.14:1 throw ratio is 25% shorter than the other members of the LG ProBeam family. It has a 1.2x manual zoom, manual focus, and is capable of throwing an image between 40- and 300-inches diagonal. There's also horizontal (±20%) and vertical (±50%) lens shift and 12-point edge adjustment to square up the image. To get full throw distance measurements, be sure to check out ProjectorCentral's LG ProBeam BU53PST Projector Throw Calculator.
