As other state it's good in overall but firmware and QC still be not best. I agree that. But I know that they sell products that not complete finish most in the firmware. Think they know the problems so they make newer version firmware that is better or bug fixed comming out every month or longer... Then customer should ask for seller of their new update firmware.

Any Problems: Before I comment the bad, I would like to express my like of C7. Colour is very good.( Especially for cartoon or animation video ) Android OS that we can load any Application from Play Store. Picture Motion is very good and not see any rainbow effect( Faster than LCD Projector ). Price versus performance is OK..! My dislike or problem : Some unit may not be very good focus ( QC problem or bad shipping can make it bad ) I think packaging not very good protection. It can be damaged while shipping. Some time some Application hang. ( I think it's the compatibilty issue due to Android OS is tweaked as projector purpose, so it's not quite native Android OS )

I know this factory for nearly 3 years and have used Luxcine projectors 300HD, C7 and C7D for about 2 years. C7/C7D's specs are good but the firmware has always had serious flaws causing immense inconvenience to users. More often than not, I received projectors with unstable firmware either in Chinese or with Chinese characters in English Firmware and often without Manual. On top, there is almost non-existent customer service and even the factory director often does not bother to respond to complaints. I always placed orders with him but was badly let down by his too slow, improper and irresponsible service and misleading information at times. Sending the faulty units to factory and getting it back after fixing the problems was is neither ethical or fair nor practical for all buyers. In conclusion, their products have good technical specs on paper but in reality it is backed up with very poor quality control and pathetic customer support.

bought this projector 6 months ago and has not work right from the beginning now as of yesterday the lamp is messed up it projects a red image I'm really upset and have contacted the seller that i bought from as well as the company Luxcine and they have gave me the run around telling me contact this person and so on now they just ignore me..do your self a favour and do not buy this projector buy a named brand that at least stands by there product these other chinese company's are out to rip people off selling junk
