Marantz VP-12S4 User Reviews

Wow, I just bought my VP12S4 and I only had my textured wall as a screen because my home isn't built yet. But even on a plain wall in daylight the picture was so sharp. My daughter wanted to see a movie on it right away. I must say that I have seen many projectors and this one really does the job. Getting it hooked up was really simple. I highly recommend this projector if you can afford it.

Picture quality is nothing less than spectacular. Far and away one of the best looking images out there. It's not a budget minded projector but the quality and performance is certainly there to offset the price. The contrast and black level still blows me away every time I fire it up. It also runs very very quiet, much more silent than some of the others I auditioned before deciding on the Marantz. If you have the budget you can't go wrong with it. Any Problems: No problems what so ever.

What a picture! I have seen projectors that claim to have high contrast but this Marantz has a contrast that makes a DLP 3000:1 look like a 400:1. The definition in the image is so persist for the money I rate this projector better than any single chip DLP projector out there and better than any LCOS projector too.
