Highlights
From Panasonic — The Panasonic PT-RZ17KU is 40% smaller and 35% lighter than our 20,000 lumen PT-RQ22K with a body size similar to our 10,000 lumen 1-Chip DLP projectors. Intel SDM-ready slot integrates your preferred terminals with optional proprietary or third-party function boards. Smart Projector Control10 app with NFC function, Remote Preview Lite, and preactivated upgrade kits for Geo Pro simplify installation. Quad Pixel Drive, our original 2-axis pixel-quadrupling technology, creates smooth 4K2 images with vivid 3-Chip DLP color and high brightness. A Dynamic Contrast setting delivers higher white brightness and deep blacks during high contrast scenes. Gradation Smoother reduces color-banding via remote control, while improved point-based black-level adjustment supports edge-blending over curved screens with pixel-level precision.

ANSI LUMENS is the most commonly accepted industry standard brightness measurement. The ANSI lumen rating measures the brightest white that a projector can produce by averaging nine light meter measurements taken across the projected image.
CENTER LUMENS measures the spot in the center of a 100% white image, which is often brighter than the rest of the projected image. Thus, it does not provide as accurate a reading of overall brightness as the industry-standard ANSI Lumens measurement, which averages the brightness across nine measurement points.
