This projector is great for Dedicated Home-Theater usage. It's contrast ratio is great, the black levels are incredible. It also comes preset with ISF Standards for Day and Night Viewing, plus you can save your own preset for each input. You can also change the fan speed in the SetUp Menu and increase your bulb-life if you can stand the fan-noise, although it's minimal, and with the Long-Throw Lens, you can place the Projector far enough away from the viewing area that the sound doesn't matter.

Any Problems: The only downside to this projector that I have encountered is not really a problem, I got the LT model because it was readily availible, but the Long-Throw is to Long for me, and now I don't have a room big enough to fill the 120" screen that I had on my InFocus ScreenPlay 5000. The resolution is only 1024x576, but, due to the Runco's awesome built-in scaler, it rivals Projectors with 1280x720 Native. The Brightness can be a problem if you don't have a darkened room, but, that's just ISF standards, you can play with the Brightness and Contrast and make the picture stand out even with all the lights on. The projector only has standard KeyStone Control, not Horizontal & Vertical, so you must place the projector at the center of the screen to avoid any OverShoot, but, if installed correctly, that shouldn't be a problem. So I guess the only thing i wish it had was another Progressive Component Input, for some reason, the Standard Component Input only accepts Interlaced Signals, there is an HD-Comp. Input that takes Progressive and a DVI Input as well, but, I don't have anything that runs DVI, so it's useless to me. But, all in all, this projector ROCKS!
