The Sanyo PLC-5500N Projector is a SVGA Conference Room Projector. This lamp based projector is capable of displaying 500 Lumens at its brightest setting with a native resolution of 832x624 . The internal 3LCD technology is an innovative 3-chip design that sets itself apart by delivering vibrant, true-to-life images with better color brightness and a wider color gamut. This projector is not being produced by Sanyo any longer and has been . The Sanyo PLC-5500N was also marketed as the Proxima DP5600, and the EIKI LC-7000. Sanyo is now part of the Panasonic Group and officially discontinued its production and sales of projectors in 2012.
