Turns out the company that sold us the projector reset the counter on us and the bulb was dim due to age and blew up. We replaced it with a new bulb and the 2000 lumens was far better in color and brightness than our other 4 2600 lumens projectors. It is now our best projector. I do with it was 1024x768 native but no one else knows the difference between our models.

Any Problems: Harder to use menu than some of our others.

We've had this projector in a conference for some time now, and while it produces a nice picture, it does have some drawbacks. First off, every once and a while this image is distorted and we get horizontal static lines on it. Second, it doesn't seem like 2,000 lumen, it actually seems like a lot less. While this might make an O-K projector for home theaters, I don't think we'll get any more of these.

Any Problems: Image horizontal static lines every once and a while, Image seems dim for 2,000 lumens, and Menu is complicated.
