I have had this projector for 8 months. This Yamaha produces an EXCELLENT picture. I love watching HD content and DVDs on my 92" screen. It is extremely quiet (I have my unit ceiling mounted). I have throughly compared with lesser units at $1500 to $2500 range and this unit blows them away. One shortcoming is the Contrast ratios during dark scenes could be better; otherwise this projector produces an image as good as my 56" Mitsubishi CRT.

Any Problems: None.

This projector is amazing, it has HDMI on board to get the best possible picture, I watched Shrek 2 the other day, the clarity and colour depth is the best I've come across.

The image created by this projector constantly amazes me and my friends. The color rendering is superb, the brightness is highly uniform, and the image is detailed. Screen door effect (SDE) is undetectable in most scenes at 10ft. Some SDE can be seen in bright white scenes at 10 ft. Cinema Black mode (75% lamp power) has been sufficient for DVD and HDTV viewing alike.

Any Problems: Component video input B (unit has 2 component video inputs) failed.
