Ginja, this projector won't well accommodate a right-side-up orientation from a high shelf behind the seats -- you must invert the projector, as I needed to do in my own studio when it was resident a while back. Fortunately, the intake and exhaust vents that keep it cool are on the front and sides of the unit, and there are no protrusions on the top of the projector that prevent it from sitting flat when it is inverted and rested on its top. The only caveat to this arrangement is that it blocks access to the manual lens shift control and the recessed control panel. The lens shift is only required during set up and is then left in its position; the control panel isn't required as long as you have the remote handy. So there's a workaround to doing a full ceiling mount that might be suitable in some rooms.
