Projectors and Patriots: Victory in Stalingrad Projection Mapping
This projection mapping event occurred in celebration of the 70th anniversary of the victory in the Battle of Stalingrad. It is magnificent in the way it transports the spectators back in time. You can see it in their faces.
For those of you who need a little history brush up, many historians view the The Battle of Stalingrad as a pivotal event in World War Two. It was in Stalingrad that the German army in Russia was bled dry and forced to retreat. Look at the Russian audience and read their faces as multiple projectors and talented projection mappers stir up the patriot in every one of them, young and old. Heck, I was moved as well.
