I spent the better part of my day yesterday trying to track down a replacement lamp for our Panasonic projector. I called Panasonic directly only to be transferred three times and give three different 1-800 numbers. The final number wasn't even a valid number. Looking to order a lamp directly from the Panasonic website was over 600 dollars with an estimated delivery of 2 to 3 weeks. I phoned Future Shop, Best Buy, The Brick and some local Edmonton dealers. I was getting nowhere when I stumbled across your website. Looking at the prices I was sure this was too good to be true! So I phoned directly and was greeted with a nice professional man that was able to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable with ordering online. I placed the order at around 1pm and was called to confirm my address at about 1:15 pm. I got a UPS tracking notification by about 2pm. I opted to pay (which was absolutely reasonable shipping) for next day delivery and was not disappointed. Everything looks great and bulb is installed and wonderful! Just in time for the holiday season. We are going to order another bulb to have an extra on back up and we are so thankful to have you and your website and encounter your great customer service. | Best customer service around! I had ordered a new lamp ( Optima EP738) with another company several weeks ago. The order was supposed to be delivered in two days. It kept getting delayed, so much so that I was not going to get the lamp until Dec.17th. I needed it for Dec. 7th! Tuesday Dec. 4th I placed the order with ProjectorLampExperts explaining my dillema. My lamp arrived the next morning before 9am. I then had two days to fine tune my presentation without having to worry about technical issues. The highest dealer rating on this site is a 5 but I give them a 10 for their excellent service. | |||
