Samsung Techwin Expands UF-130 Line of Document Cameras
More affordable and delivers true 720P
Ridgefield Park, New Jersey – Samsung Techwin America’s Electronic Imaging Division (www.samsungpresenterusa.com), a market leader in document camera technology, announced a lower cost alternative to the innovative Samsung UF-130DX presentation station – the Samsung UF-130ST. “This model still delivers the same outstanding color accuracy and quality images as the UF-130DX, but without the built-in Windows CE viewer capabilities,” said Richard Bellomy, V.P. of Sales for the Electronic Imaging Division. “The UF-130ST is the perfect solution for boardrooms, courtrooms, auditoriums, and any educational institution looking for the most affordable, yet highest quality output for their presentations.”
The Samsung UF-130ST utilizes a 1.32 megapixel, progressive scan CCD to deliver superior, 720P HD image quality at 30 frames per second. Users can select SXGA or XGA output resolutions to match these native formats as well. Just as the UF-130DX, the 130ST includes active VGA pass through allowing any computer input signal to pass to the display, even when powered off. Plus the innovative Power LED optical lighting system delivers bright, even, glare free illumination...even on glossy materials. Digital image rotation allows users to electronically flip portrait documents for the highest resolution output for text subjects. Plus, with the USB 2.0 port and Samsung’s software, the 130ST supports both Windows (Vista/XP/2000) and Mac (OS10.5x) providing full motion, full screen display for image capture, movie creation with audio, and integration with any electronic whiteboard.
The Samsung UF-130DX has a MSRP of $3,800 and the UF-130ST is $2,900. For more information about Samsung Techwin America’s Electronic Imaging Division and its full line of affordable and innovative document cameras, call 877-213-1222, ext. 3306 or go to www.samsunguf-130.com.
