Mitsubishi Digital Electronics America Offers Exceptional Value with Short-Throw Projector and Mount Bundles
The PROJ-SWM projector arm mounts to any wall stud and is designed to fit and support Mitsubishi short-throw projectors. It includes an integrated cable management system with a stylish cover for a clean and sleek look. Once installed, the PROJ-SWM can swing out 52 inches from the wall and project an image of up to 96 inches measured diagonally. When not in use, the arm can fold back to the side for safety and to free up space in the room.
"Short-throw projectors are a boon to educators and others who use interactive white boards, because they eliminate distracting shadows on the screen," said Wayne Kozuki, product manager, Mitsubishi Digital Electronics America's Presentation Products Division. "And our three new bundles are created to provide a solution for anyone who needs a high quality projector with an easy mount at an extremely affordable price."
Each of Mitsubishi's short-throw projectors offer a plethora of features designed for high performance with a low total cost of ownership. They include a brightness range of 2000 to 2600 lumens for plenty of image brilliance, and support standard XGA or wide-screen WXGA resolution for clear text and graphics displays. Depending on the model, the projectors feature an HDMIT input for native high-definition digital signal assistance; built-in Crestron RoomViewT support for easy remote management, monitoring and maintenance; closed-captioning; an estimated lamp life rating of up to 6,000* hours in low mode. The projector is also 3D-ready when users input and display their 3D content and watch the display with optional DLP Link-compatible 3D glasses.
By combining a projector and wall mount, Mitsubishi gives users a bundle rich in both features and value. Pricing varies according to projector model: PROJ-SWM that is bundled with the EW230U-ST or the popular XD221U-ST(D), starts at a suggested price of $999; a higher brightness XD250U-ST bundle is value-priced at only $1,099.
Each projector comes with Mitsubishi's three-year limited warranty on parts and labor, and a one-year limited warranty on the lamp. Like all Mitsubishi data projectors, these short throw projectors are covered by the Express Replacement Assistance (ERA) Program, a comprehensive nationwide service that offers next business-day replacement for down units that are under warranty.
