ORLANDO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Panasonic Solutions Company, provider of collaboration, information-sharing and decision-support solutions for government and commercial enterprises, today announced the PT-EX16KU and PT-VW330 Series projectors, first line of projectors developed in collaboration with Sanyo. Panasonic has established a close working relationship with Sanyo to further its market leader position*1 in the projector industry. With integration of innovative technologies from both sides and expanding product line up, Panasonic aims to deliver the market with products that better meet customers’ versatile needs.
The PT-EX16KU LCD projector, featuring 16,000 lumens of brightness XGA resolution, is added to the large venue lineup for houses of worship, mid-sized rental and staging and customers seeking for high brightness large venue projection images for moderate use. The product is equipped with a quad lamp technology and encased in a ruggedized chassis for high reliability and durability. In addition, its unique light filtering technology realizes high color purity to deliver vivid images. Seamless remote operation along with other projectors is made possible by Panasonic’s Multi Projector Monitoring and Control Software freeware.
The PT-VW330 Series projectors, available in three different models, PT-VX400NTU (4,000lm, XGA resolution, wired/wireless network ready), PT-VX400U (4,000lm, XGA resolution) and PT-VW330U (3,000lm, WXGA resolution), will be added to the portable projector portfolio perfect for K-12 market and those customers looking for a high brightness projector that is portable and eco-friendly by utilizing an intelligent lamp drive mechanism that significantly cuts back on power consumption depending on the projected image. The PT-VW330 Series projectors also encompass a wide array of unique features, including Easy Setting feature*2 that allows for automatic keystone correction with a use of built-in camera sensor and wireless projection capability in conjunction with the optional Easy Wireless Stick (ET-UW100)*2 for iOS devices such as an iPad, simple and easy wireless presentation is made possible by the free Panasonic Wireless Projector for iOS application. Lastly, to top off its excellent portability, setup flexibility is made possible with a 1.6x zoom lens.
