These 3D Ready projector models incorporate DLP Link™ technology for use with compatible 3D content and glasses. Both models incorporate a wide complement of inputs including HDMI™ (available on PG-LX2000 only), RGB/component, composite video and stereo audio inputs. An RS-232C serial control/communications port is also provided.

The PG-LX2000 and PG-LS2000 come readily equipped with presentation assist functions that are accessible from the remote. These include 3D mode on/off, GUI (Graphic User Interface) Pointer, Spotlight, Image Freeze, Image Enlarge, Break Timer and AV Mute. Enhanced security and anti-theft features include Kensington® lock compatibility, security bar, key lock and system lock functions and optional security cable kits (for use with Sharp’s optional ceiling mount bracket).

Easy setup and operation is aided by Sharp’s “Quick Start” on-screen setup guide, a 1.2x optical zoom lens and vertical keystone correction directly accessible from the remote. These models also feature a built-in closed caption decoder with black and white text for easy readability.

With standby power consumption as low as 0.5W and an estimated lamp life of up to 5,000 hours (Eco+Quiet mode: On), these projectors are designed for reduced environmental impact. To help provide peace of mind, these projectors are backed by a three-year parts and labor limited warranty that includes Sharp’s 24-hour turnaround “ER” Express Repair support. (90 day warranty on the user-replaceable projection lamp.)

The PG-LX2000 ($850 MSRP) and the PG-LS2000 ($760 MSRP) are now available through Sharp’s network of ProAV dealers, resellers and distributors.
