LAS VEGAS- Today P&F, exclusive distributor for Philips PicoPix in North America, presents the new line of Philips LED PicoPix Pocket Projectors (PPX 2055, PPX 2340 and PPX 2495) at the 2013 Consumer Electronics Show (CES). This new line of Philips PicoPix, are designed and managed by Sagemcom under the Trademark License Agreement between Philips and Sagemcom. These projectors are easy to use, ultra- light, and fit in the palm of your hand, allowing for a variety of uses at home, in the office or on-the-go.
Extremely light and portable, these new PicoPix are equipped with a Lithium Ion battery with a 2-hour lifetime, allowing the PicoPix go almost anywhere. It offers large image projection to share your photos, videos or documents in just a few seconds, and a high quality image. Capable of projecting on to any kind of surface, these picoprojectors also have an integrated loudspeaker. They are completely autonomous, and have an internal memory, which allows you to store its contents directly on the device.
Notebook pocket projector
Aimed at notebook, netbook and laptop users, the PicoPix PPX 2055 offers a colorful and bright image with up to 55 lumens and is ideally suited for both professional and family use. It’s perfect to project presentations at business meetings or to share photos, videos, films, games and websites with friends or family at social events or just when away from home. The PPX 2055’s simple set-up makes it ideal to use on the move. With pocket-sized dimensions, it’s ideal for slipping into your pocket, handbag or notebook case. There is a small focus wheel on the top of the projector and getting started is quick and easy - connection and power is supplied to the projector via the USB on your laptop - so simply plug and play! The PicoPix PPX 2340 is the perfect travel companion allowing users to project images digital content on a screen or area up to 60” in size. Weighing less than 5 ounces, it features a USB QuickLink™ connector has been ingeniously transformed into a wrist strap to keep the product around the wrist, ensuring users never lose the cable and remove the portable extra charger. Once detached, the strap becomes a USB port to use or recharge the PicoPix PPX 2340 via a computer or to connect them to most devices. Users can then go directly to your camera, game console, external hard disk or memory stick, by projecting their content on any wall, like a real pocket cinema. The PPX 2340 utilizes LED technology and with 40 lumens, images are sure to be bright and crisp. In addition, the PicoPix PPX 2340, also offers you the possibility to share your notebook screen simply via USB connection. Thanks to the integrated micro SD card reader, memory can even be extended. It offers multiple connection including USB, HDMI, VGA, component, iPod, iPhone, iPad and has an SD card slot for additional memory. A remote control allows for easy navigation of content, whether it is picture or the latest blockbuster movie to show back at the hotel.
