MANAGEMENT PURCHASES DIGITAL PROJECTION FROM IMAX CORPORATION
MANCHESTER, UK, & KENNESAW, Ga., December 12, 2001 - Digital Projection International (DPI) - an Emmy(r) Award-winning manufacturer of high performance projection systems - today announced that a management team led by Managing Director Brian Critchley has successfully concluded the purchase of the company from IMAX Corporation.
The announcement marks a return to independent ownership for Digital Projection International and its subsidiaries DP, Ltd. in the UK and DP, Inc. in the USA.
