Liesegang Introduces Microportable Beamer Made in Germany
Düsseldorf, Germany, December 4, 2001 - Liesegang, one of the leading European manufacturers of projectors and presentation equipment have announced an ultra compact, 1.5 kg light-weight beamer in October 2001: the Liesegang ddv 911.
It is the ideal multimedia projector for home entertainment applications and mobile business presentations. About as slim as a notebook and at 1,400 lumens it is bright enough to project brilliant pictures even under demanding lighting conditions. The Liesegang ddv 911 is easy to use and boasts all important presentation features: Digital zoom, picture-in-picture, image freeze, 16:9, blank image, image reveal, optical and digital keystone correction, electronic pointer, automatic synchronization, etc.
Texas Instruments' DLPTM technology and the top-quality zoom lens made by Carl Zeiss Jena add significanty to the outstanding picture quality. The Liesegang beamer allows versatile connectivity: Video, DVD player, camcorder, playstations.
PC and Macintosh computers may even be connected via DVI interface allowing both digital and analog signals to pass through. Native resolution is 1024x768 pixels, other resolutions are adapted.
The Liesegang microportable ddv 911 is schedulded to become available through selected dealers in November 2001.
