Peerless Industries Launches New PRS Series Projector Mount

MELROSE PARK, Ill. --(Business Wire)-- April 1, 2004 Peerless Industries, Inc., the industry leader in audiovisual mounting accessories, is pleased to introduce the new PRS Series Projector Mount. The mount is designed to reduce installation time for the installer and offer the final end user a low-profile solution to complement the projector and the environment. Projectors remain key devices in the corporate world and continue to gain popularity in home-theater applications with the advent of the sub thousand-dollar projector. Peerless designed the PRS Series with the installer and end user in mind. About the PRS Series Projector Mount
The PRS Series Projector Mount comes pre-assembled and with the Armor Lock(TM) security fasteners pre-installed to reduce set-up time. The mount itself is small, compact and available in black, white or silver colors to complement the decor or projector color. The mount fits projectors weighing up to 25 lbs., and the patent-pending UL listed design, constructed of aluminum, ensures a stable and safe solution.

The mount allows precise and independent image adjustment that ensures proper alignment on a screen. It can tilt 15 degrees forward and 5 degrees backward and is able to swivel a full 360 degrees when mounted on an extension column, or 30 degrees when mounted flush to the ceiling. The mount can also roll 10 degrees to the left or right. The PRS Series Projector Mount offers a quick-release feature for hassle-free bulb replacement or access to the filter on the projector. All necessary hardware comes standard for the mounting system.
