The MT1075 projector also adds increased functionality to the image sensor, a feature unique to NEC. The image sensor (integrated inside the projector) detects the display area (screen or wall) so that the image can be adjusted automatically. Adjustment options are available for squareness (not only vertically, but also horizontally and diagonally), focus and color adjustment (depending on the color of the wall or screen onto which the image is projected). For instance, the MT1075 can be installed on the ceiling of a room, and the autofocus lens capability will allow it to project a perfect image whether onto a wall, a drop-down screen or an interactive whiteboard.

In addition, the NEC MT1075, at 13 pounds, is still light enough to be moved between offices or classrooms.
