New Comprehensive Support Plan Starts Where Original Warranties Leave Off

Beginning July 1, 1999, the RealSupport Pro (RSP) program will be offered by Presenting Solutions on presentation products including portable and conference room LCD and DLP projectors from more than a dozen major manufacturers, including In Focus (Nasdaq:INFS), Epson America, NEC, Sanyo (Nasdaq:SANYY), Toshiba (Nasdaq:TOSBF) and Proxima.
Starting with the standard manufacturer's warranty, RealSupport Pro expands into a comprehensive set of support programs, including toll-free tech support and free loaners. One of the most significant benefits is the "Special Events Support" that provides customers with additional projectors at a fraction of normal rental costs.
Customers in need of extra equipment to support national meetings, tradeshows, seminars, trainings or other special requirements can derive tremendous savings with the Special Events Support offered by the RSP.

New projection equipment typically comes with one, two or three years warranty on parts and labor. The RSP increases coverage to a full five years for parts and labor. This extended coverage means warranty protection for the technological lifetime of five years for most computer presentation equipment.
The RSP program provides fast response: a loaner unit is dispatched within 24 hours -- typically the same day. Normal freight on loaners and customer units is covered as part of the program.
