The Powerful and Versatile EP719 Combines Brilliant Performance and Functionality

INFOCOMM 2005, LAS VEGAS (June 8, 2005) – Optoma Technology, Inc. today unveiled its new EP719 multimedia digital projector. The EP719 projector combines performance and functionality that offers a complete solution for a wide range of applications from boardrooms to classrooms. Optoma will showcase its full line of projection and digital display products at InfoComm 2005 in Las Vegas at the Las Vegas Convention Center, June 8-10 in booth # 3700.

Weighing only 4.6 pounds, the compact and robust EP719 is designed to excel in today's demanding multimedia environments. It features Digital Light ProcessingTM (DLP) technology from Texas Instruments. The EP719 supports native 1024 x 768 XGA resolution for sharp images and a 2500:1 contrast ratio to deliver crisp, vivid pictures and graphics, as well as SXGA+ (1400 x 1050) capability and HDTV compatibility (720p, 1080i).

The EP719 connects to almost any popular device offering DVI-D w/HDCP, component, composite and S-video inputs. It incorporates adjustable cooling fan speed settings for use in higher altitudes, as well as a 3,000 hour lamp life. The EP719 ships with a two year, limited parts and labor warranty (90 days on the lamp).

The EP719 will be available in early August 2005 through Optoma's authorized distribution channels with an MSRP of $1,499.
