Personal Experience
Bulb life around 100 hours! Infocus was willing to "fix" it while it was under warranty, but each time I got it back (3 times!) after another 100 or so hours... POOF! Bulb is fried! Hard to believe they "fixed" anything. Picture quality is good- enjoyed many movies. But at $400+ for each bulb I am done. Now that warranty has expired, Infocus' only solution is to send it in again and for $355 they will "fix" it. What?! The prievious "fixes" made no difference at all- why would I spend $355+$400 for another bulb to "fix" it?
A previous post mentioned that if the last 5 numbers of the serial started with a 9 rather than a 0 the projector is a good one. Not true! The last five of my serial starts with a 9 and it has NOT been a good projector.
As you can see by the reviews, this is a problem projector for many people. Infocus knows this and won't do anything about it. Time for a class-action lawsuit!

Problems
Bulb life for four bulbs only 100 hours!
3 Infocus warranty repairs didn't work!
Infocus customer service no good!
