Personal Experience
I own the infocus sp4800 (x2) and it is a great projector, the best of 4:3 in proportion to his price...very nice and reliable (i have the same lamp from 2003!!! yes it lost some of his brightness, but with more 6000 hours of use he is the best for reliability, a tank!
i own a nec ht1100, very good projector 4:3,a little better than the infocus for his definition of 1024x768 instead of 800x600 and the color wheel of 5x instead of 2x.
Now with this Mitsubishi hc 3800 the videogames looks perfect thanks to his high def of 1920x1080p native! 1300 lumens and very good levels of black, the words written on the screen are perfect and the colors are wonderful, very vivid, blu ray looks great.
It is as a big computer monitor of 100 inches 16:9
(the size of my screen) with the difference that it weights only 3,5 kg (7 pounds, as the movie :))
and it doesnt costs 10.000 $ but only 1000$.
for this low price, you will have a big, stunning image in your room.

Problems
None...but now to think of it, a problem there is:
i spent at least 6 hours every day in front of it,
playing my favourite games ps3-xbox360 and watching my favourite dvd, blu-ray in full hd :)
