Personal Experience
I am using the projector for home-theater for about 3 months now. When i was looking for a projector and saw this device i read the specs and they were not that great compared to the newer projectors. But when i SAW the picture that it produced! WOW, This projector has great colors, and lots of settings to play with. One of the features is the 16:9 mode, this really works great. Then there is the sound it produces when cooling the unit, if you are close to the projector it can be heared quite good, so don't sit next to it. Then there is the weight and size of the unit, it is about the size of a A4 sheet of parper and weighs about 2.9Kg, this is a big advantage over some other projectors, because if you are not able to have a permanent home cinema, you need to move the projector every time after watching a movie (in my case). The menu is also very easy to access and use.

If you use this projector (or any other), make sure the room is almost *completly* dark! because then you will get the best picture and contrast.

My opinion is that this device offers great value for money!.

However there are some things that could be improved by sony.

- Ceiling mount
- Two-way keystone
- Ability to 'flip' the screen
