This has probably been my best purchase ever! I didn't know what to expect when buying such a cheap projector, but cheap doesn't necessarily mean nasty. It cost me AUD$1050 and its worth every dollar, the image is great (haven't had any rainbow or screen door problems), the brightness is fine and the blacks are very good. It has composite, svideo, VGA and component in(via component --> VGA convertor), but lacks HDMI tho at this price no one should expect it. The fan can sometimes be heard during quiet scenes in movies but it is only just noticable. I've owned it for 6 months and if I was buying a new projector (having not bought this one) I'd still buy this one. Very happy with this purchase, no regrets at all.

Any Problems: The remote control is pretty dodgy, normally needs to be pointed directly at the projectors IR port.

it has better black and black details , contrast ratio( by eyes viewing than the infocus 4805!! in this case I use denon 3910 dvd player via component and 720p output as test. i cannot see any rainbow effect. u need good dvd player to show full performance of projector.

Any Problems: not yet

For the low european price of 600,- eur you can't get anything better! Low-res LCD have too much screendoor effect, while the PH110 visible pixelation is quite acceptable when projecting big. Slow speed colourwheel has the noticeable rainbow effect, which you can get used to and ignore.. Case is not very solid, so mount it properly. It's just a low-budget very-nice-image first-time-home-cinema-user widescreen-dlp-projector!

Any Problems: Not so strong case, and be careful with the connectors on the back. Rainbow effect is noticeable, but I learned to ignore it and now after 60 hours watching I almost don't notice it anymore (except black-white footage).

Blown away by the picture for the price. Looked at similar priced LCD models and they were nowhere near the DLP model. LCD had a very prominent screen door effect that made it look cheap in comparison to DLP.

Any Problems: I have noticed rainbows here and there, but they don't bother me that much knowing I've spent over a grand less than what is needed to get a similar picture in LCD.

A super projector!!! :-) The image quality is excellent, and to the price it's fantastic :P The picture is bright and very big at short distance.

Any Problems: The "rainbow-effect", but it's not a problem for me. So, no problems yet..

A very good entry level model, colour accuracy is pretty good straight out the box. Image quality is excellent considering the price, very easy to use and maintain. Only downside is the light inside the remote, so overall an excellent projector. Even with an 854x 480 resolution there are no visable pixels

Any Problems: None
