The internal 3LCD technology is a 3-chip design that delivers good color brightness and a wide color gamut. This projector was first available for purchase in September 2004 and has been by Hitachi. The Hitachi CP-X340 was also marketed as the 3M X45, and the ViewSonic PJ552.
