The GT750 is an amazing projector for the price. Coming in under $800 with multiple 3D formats, 3000 lumens, a short throw lens and a lamp that will last over 4000 hour (and can be found new for about $100 online) this is an amazing buy! The image is bright, with excellent color. The lumens allow for viewing even in a room with some indirect light. There is no zoom or lens shift which means exact placement is crucial but possible. The video image, which require a bit of tweaking, can look quite wonderful. I've not tried 3D yet but plan to get a few pairs of 3D glasses to final experience the 3D from my DVD home theater 3D player. This is a great buy if you want basic HD (it is only 720P not 1080P) and 3D for under $1000!

Any Problems: The only issue is placement, zoom would have been great!

I use this projector for concerts and events as well as for home cinema. I can say that the image quality is surprisingly good and meet an high end specs. The grid is barely visible and the color space is well balanced without any correction to do. One of the best i ever used... The short throw is very usefull in many situations. Very simple to use. In comparison, I also use benQ 812st (wide angle) that are good but far under the optoma wich is half less expensive: too warm standard image,( yellow) lack of medium contrast and a very visible grid.... The OPTOMA gt 750 is a very recommanded and good value beamer.

Any Problems: Not yet, except a slow navigation in menu.
