I have been using this projector in courtroom settings for over 5 years. I appreciate the portability compared to others. As the majority of the presentations are documents, the quality for my needs is very good. The contrast is very good. Image quality overall might be a little less than that, but it is more than capable of presenting solid pics and videos. Most useful for me is the very short throw which is much desired in the limited space of these settings, and to prevent presenters from stepping in between the projector and screen. I can fill a 6 foot wide screen from about 10 feet out. Although it "feels" a little cheaper in it's construction when compared to an Epson for example, 5 years and with proper care, not a single issue to date. Treat it properly and it will serve you well. Also, brightness has never been an issue, and often times the setting is very well lit and dimming the lights is not an option. A great courtroom projector for traveling.
