Hi folks,

Just a quick update for you...as you noticed if you saw the home page or subscribe to our email alerts, we posted the review of the Optoma HD7100 earlier this week. This is an impressive home theater projector in terms of image quality, with some lensing limitations that restrict how it can be installed for best results. But for the money, the image cannot be beat, and it has been added to our Highly Recommended list.

We have continued to work on a second sample of the Canon REALiS SX60 this week, and the review is almost completed. I hope to post it late Monday afternoon. We will send out an email notice to our subscribers upon posting. If you are not on the list and want to be (it's free), just enter your email address in the box on the home page, and you'll be included. Our email list is private and confidential, and it is never sold or divulged in any way to a third party for any purpose.

The Canon SX60 is a unique and fascinating projector. It will be an ideal home theater solution for some users, and not so perfect for others. But we are definitely more enthused with this SXGA+ machine for home theater use than we've ever been with any other to date. So if 4:3 format home theater is your thing, don't miss the SX60 review.

Thanks for using ProjectorCentral,
